I think a lot of people these days have sensitive skin issues so I think it’s a really important topic to discuss. The first thing I would say is that most people in general think the best thing to do for your skin is to use acids and peels, and really strip the skin of everything. This is just going to get your skin to be so sensitive and so inflamed that you’re going to start to have breakout problems. So I would say in general just as a general theme for skin care, you need to use products that are more soothing and that are anti-inflammatory. Oatmeal is an incredible ingredient for the skin. it really inflames the skin whether you have a blemish, or a sensitive spot. Some people get dry patches that are red on the face.
And oatmeal is a great ingredient for calming that down. What I would do is just add some yogurt to that and really sooth the skin.

I would just lay there with the mask on my face for 20 and really cool down the inflammation. As far as treatments go in the salon, and products that you can buy I would really look for things that contain acidophilus because that dissinflames the skin. Oatmeal is an ingredient in skin care products as well that is really popular. So you could do a mask with oatmeal at home and I would use ingredients that really just maintain the delicate balance of vitamins that your skin really needs to maintain health.

A great product to use is a serum that contains olive oil as an ingredient. Olive oil can be great for dissinflaming the skin and just keeping it cool, hydrated, and softening the skin so that it looks really dewy and fresh.

As far as treatments in the salon go, I would look for oxygen treatments in my facials. That really soothes the skin and repairs the skin from being out in pollution all day and also from being under so much stress in your life. Your skin reflects that. So you want to do facial treatments that really like calm it down and really make it will soothed and refreshed.
