To help you take good care of your skin and give yourself a brilliant pampering routine, I give you some cool DIY ideas and hacks that will make your skin glow.
I show you how to make your own sheet face mask using a wipe. Simply cut it like I demonstrate in the video and then dip it in some beaten eggs.
Apply the face mask on your face and finally, peel it off. All the blackheads and whatever particles were stuck on your skin will be removed.
If you have dry lips, take some tissue paper and dip it in some cold milk. Then apply it on your lips and let it dry. Peel it off and all the dead skin cells will be removed.
I show you how to make your own eye-cream using rice to get rid of wrinkles. Simply cook the rice – but not entirely. Strain it and collect all the water below. Transfer it in a clean container, let it cool down and voila.

First, Biba takes a look at your skin to assess what treatments it needs, then she works in a form of intuitive layering. Some facial techniques she incorporates into her treatments include microdermabrasion to exfoliate and polish off dead skin cells, an ultrasonic skin spatula to hydrate the skin, facial lymphatic drainage, a deep tissue facial massage that includes gua sha, extractions for visible pimples, and a microcurrent to lift and firm skin.
