Golf Fitness Series 1: HOME LEG WORKOUT

Welcome to the start of my Golf Fitness Series!
In this video I will be sharing one leg workout routine that I have been doing personally at home during the lock down which can definitely help you to build more strength in your lower body.

Fitness has become much more important in golf because people who are more physically fit tend to have a higher ceiling when it comes to their ability to produce more speed and distance. Also, a physically fit body can better handle faster swing speeds which leads to less injuries in the long run!
