This video is the first in a 4 part series on getting fitter for golf. I discuss flexibility, strength and using both no equipment and weights to increase your fitness and improve your stamina and performance on the golf course.
Going into winter is the perfect time to start to get fitter for next season.
In the first part in the series I talk about how and why mobility training can be important in the golf swing and give you the exact exercises you need to start improving your mobility and enabling you to swing with more freedom and get less pain.
I look forward to the rest of the series which will be looking at strength at home for golf, strength with weights for golf and giving you a specific training program that you can use.
