Well too much rotation and focus on turning effects the tilts of the backswing causing a myriad of errors. I wish I knew this when I first started playing golf as a beginner golfer.
Years ago I was told that to be any good at golf I had to practice for 8 – 10 hours every day. However new research into skill acquisition and the golf swing has proven that quality practice is far better than quantity.
